Acceptance and Applicability of Terms

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

When creating an account on 5060, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Opening an account with false information or operating an account under another person's identity is a violation of these terms and may result in account termination.

Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated and any related balances may be forfeited.

  • Users are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential.
  • Any unauthorized activity detected on your account must be reported to the 5060 support team immediately.
  • Each user bears full responsibility for all activity carried out on their account.
  • Withdrawal functionality may be restricted until the account verification (KYC) process is completed.

5060 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts without prior notice, particularly where a breach of terms, fraud, or suspicious activity has been established.

Permitted and prohibited activities on the platform

The 5060 platform is intended exclusively for lawful entertainment purposes. Users are expected to use the platform honestly, transparently, and responsibly at all times.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

All transactions on 5060 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name; third-party payment methods are not accepted.

A minimum deposit amount applies and may vary depending on the payment method. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be made. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–72 hours.
  • 5060 reserves the right to suspend payments in cases of fraudulent or suspicious transactions.
  • If a transaction fails or is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, the relevant amount will be automatically reversed.
